As we prepare to turn the calendar page, Sony has revealed the first batch of free PlayStation Plus games for January 2019. If one has the patience to find and implement the right hacks, they can customize the PlayStation Classic game list to suit their own taste, as with the Super NES Classic before it. In January 2019, we'll have the opportunity to download six games via PlayStation Plus. Allowing you to plug this into the TV and play all of your favorite games from when you were a kid.
January's PS Plus games are rounded off by Amplitude and Zone of the Enders HD Collection on PlayStation 3. The award-winning sandbox adventure game drops you into a world torn apart by The Fracture. The game supports multiplayer, so you can join forces with your friends and defeat enemies together.
And for PS Vita subscribers (cross Buy with PS4), there's a free copy of Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion, an action role playing game. However, make sure you claim the booster pack quickly since it's only available until January 15.
In gearing up for the new year, PlayStation has gathered their list of complementary titles for PS Plus subscribers. This includes 100 Platinum, 100,000 Credits, Quanta (a Corpus laser rifle), Quanta Obsidian Skin, 7-Day Affinity Booster, and a 7-Day Credit Booster.
