The Sears at Clackamas Town Center in Happy Valley, Ore., and a Kmart in Gresham, Ore., are also among the stores to close.
The Sears store in Glenbrook Square is among 46 locations slated for closure in November by the once-powerful retailer that saw the value of its stock tumble to an all-time low this month.
Two other Florida Sears locations will close - one in Doral/Miami and one in Naples.
Sears in the Portland and Vancouver area, as well as a K-Mart, announced that they are closing their doors on Wednesday.
The company will continue to evaluate the performance of existing stores, which it said is a critical component to the firm's retail transformation.
The company has already closed more than 100 stores so far this year.
This is the third round of store closures the company has announced this year.
According to CNN, Sears and Kmart merged in 2005.
Liquidation sales at some of the stores will start as soon as August 30.
The stores to be shuttered includes 33 Sears and 13 Kmart stores, with several affiliated Sears Auto locations impacted. The company is now headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Ill. According to Fast Company, large malls have seen an expanding vacancy rate by 8.3% in the first quarter of 2018, which is at its "highest since the fourth quarter of 2012".
