The launch window, as mentioned above, opens at 4:12 pm EDT and will run until 6:22 pm EDT.
According to Elon Musk, the new Falcon 9 Block 5 can be used up to 100 times with minimal revision.
Musk said he'd like to see a single Block 5 rocket fly three or four times by the end of 2018.
The Block 5 features a number of upgrades that should increase the rocket's reliability and reusability, SpaceX reports.
After it completes 10 flights, the Block 5 will be inspected and repaired, then used in 10 more flights.

On board the rocket is the country of Bangladesh's first communications satellite.
SpaceX also launched its first Falcon Heavy rocket earlier this year, with the test flight laying the foundations for ambitious future missions. Boeing also holds a NASA crew contract and will continue to fly agency astronauts to and from the International Space Station using a capsule named the CST-100 Starliner and United Launch Alliance Atlas V rockets.
