KXIP vs KKR Live Score

For me, Ryder Cups or major championships, those are the types of atmospheres you've got to play well in and I enjoy it, so it focuses your mind.

"I sort of messed around on the putting green a little bit, trying to go back to some feels I've had before and putted really well. I got it up-and-down when I needed to and I took advantage of some of the good shots I hit".

Perhaps the difference has been a meeting earlier this week with Brad Faxon, one of the most accomplished putters in golf history.

"We had a chat on Monday". The two met for a few hours down where both live in Palm Beach Gardens. It was more, didn't really hit many putts, it was more of a psychology lesson than anything else. It's the first time Woods has been favored to win a PGA Tour event since Torrey Pines in 2014.

After beginning 2018 with two strong starts on the European Tour, McIlroy has struggled on the PGA Tour, making just two of his four cuts, finishing T-20 at the Genesis Open and T-59 at the Honda Classic. McIlroy has gone 26 tournaments since his last victory at the TOUR Championship in 2016 to win the FedExCup. He'll play in the final group once again on Sunday alongside Bryson DeChambeau, who shot an even-par 72 and is at 11-under 205.

Stenson will need to be at his best to hold off the likes of McIlroy and Rose, the Irishman particularly motivated after a frustrating start to the year.

The 2016 victor at Bay Hill matched McIlroy and Rose with a 67 and while likely too far back to be a genuine contender this week will be pleased with what the round tells him about his game heading to Georgia the first week of April.

The 14-time major victor hit six birdies and three bogeys to finish on seven under overall.

More troublesome was the number of players that are still very much in range, and one of them could be Tiger Woods.

Woods curled in a 12-foot birdie putt at the par-4 18th to complete his day, cocking for a full-speed fist pump before adopting a mellow low-key finish. "That was a nice one", the former world No 1 said of the birdie.

"A lot of people are excited about how Tiger's starting to show signs in the right direction, and I think it's going to be a lot of fun over the next two days", Day said.

"I began the day outside the top 10 and wanted to at least give myself a chance going into tomorrow, " he said.
