A number of names have been rumoured to be Rousey's partner over the last few months - but after last night, it appears that it will be Angle standing with her in the ring on April 8.
Many WWE superstars of the past and present have been linked with the role, such as The Rock, Shane McMahon, Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins, but it all seems like Angle will be the one stepping up. Stephanie McMahon demanded that Kurt Angle apologize for supposedly lying about what she and Triple H said about Rousey.
Having heard that, Rousey chose to strike first, slamming Triple H through a table in the middle of the ring.
The first ever UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion returned on RAW the day after where the WWE Chief Brand Officer apologised for the slap. After putting Triple H through a table, Rousey was slapped by Stephanie McMahon.
He then led Team RAW to victory against Team Smackdown at Survivor Series.
As Rousey suggested in her tweet, she will likely take the microphone and explain the events of the previous night.
Check out her message below, that recaps what happened over the last two nights.
With Kurt Angle revealing Triple H and Stephanie McMahon's plan for revenge for Rousey, a potential mixed tag match between Rousey and Angle and Triple H and Stephanie could end up being the match at WrestleMania. The increased ratings will also help WWE's television contract negotiations, which are set to expire next year.
WWE finally began to drop hints as to who their newest Superstar, former UFC Champion Ronda Rousey, will be facing at WrestleMania 34.
